Kiki at the Chosen Wedding Collective is truly brilliant. Not only has she created a community of like-minded wedding industry creatives, but she has provided a day where everyone feels valued and able to succeed. The Hub was an extraordinary day of learning, supporting, connecting and thinking. Thinking hard. I don’t think I’ve ever had a day that has forced me to really think about myself, my business or my goals in such a focussed way before.

I tend to be a doer – practical, reliable and yes, creative. I’m not really one given to much introspection. But this day made me re-evaluate what I’m doing, where I’m going, and what I actually want from my business.

So this week I am implementing practical changes (thank you Maddy and Anna), but also taking a long hard look at myself too. Yes I want my business to be beautiful on every level (thank you Cat), and yes I am holding myself back (thank you Charlie). There is hard work ahead (Amy – thank you for proving hard work and determination pay off), but I’m ready to tell my stories and make those changes (thank you Tamryn).
