Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

I will always quote individually for my clients as I find that one pricing structure doesn’t suit all. I offer a free no obligation quote so do get in touch.

Do you pay the other suppliers?

No. I will source and gain quotes from suitable suppliers for the shoot, but you will pay them directly and use their contracts.

How long does the process take?

I would normally advise a minimum of 4 weeks from the point of booking, to sourcing the right suppliers and finding a suitable shoot date (on the basis of a full day’s shoot using multiple set-ups and a model). Smaller-scale shoots can often be arranged in a much tighter timescale. I usually work with film photographers and the processing of real film takes a little longer than digital.

Can I share the cost with other suppliers?

Absolutely, I am more than happy to work with more than one client, but you will need to be clear on the purpose of the shoot and agree between yourselves who has final say on certain decisions, as well as how you split payments.

Do I have to be there on shoot day?

No, you don’t have to be present, but I would advise being there for at least some of the day on larger projects to ensure you are happy with things – if nothing else but for your own confidence that things are progressing in the way you would wish.
