A little while ago a few friends started asking for help with styling some of their products to update their website and shops. Since then I’ve started connecting with other wedding industry professionals looking to step up their game when it comes to prop styling.
One of those is Amanda, of Amanda Karen Photography, a wonderful photographer who I’m excited not only to be working with on a photoshoot in the new year (SO many ideas already!), but also who contacted me because she wanted help with styling her photography products for the launch of her new website. This led to a fun day at That Amazing Place in Essex, styling up her gorgeous albums and prints whilst she snapped away on her camera capturing it all.
The wedding venue was chosen because it had just the right colour scheme to compliment Amanda’s brand colours, and was soon to become close to Amanda as she relocated nearby. And of course Amanda is now a preferred supplier there – so any brides to be looking for a fabulous venue and photographer in the Essex region – look no further!
Props are a really important part of any product styling, so I carefully chose selected pieces from my (ever-increasing!) prop store that suited both her colour palette and brand – mint greens, blush pinks, soft greys, warm metallics and luxurious fabrics – elegant and classic with a modern twist.
Beautiful blooms and mini succulents from Acacia Floristry were the final touch.
If you’re looking for some help with product styling then please do get in touch – I will travel throughout the UK and am happy to work with your photographer of choice, or recommend one to suit your brand.
